What can I expect during my FemTouch treatment?
There’s no numbing or anesthesia required for the FemTouch.
During your treatment, you’ll lay with your feet in stirrups and once you’re comfortable, Dr. Chin inserts a sterilized applicator into the vulva and gently, strategically moves it along the vaginal canal, applying the laser to the vaginal tissues.
Dr. Chin then removes the device and treats the external vaginal area before the treatment is complete.
The actual laser treatment is fast, painless, and only takes two to five minutes to perform.
You’ll need to avoid sexual activity for at least 72 hours after, and you might need multiple treatments, with around four to six-week intervals.
